Hastelloy C-276

C-276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy. A prime advantage of this alloy is that it generally does not require solution heat treatment after welding. It resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates that would degrade corrosion resistance.

It is used mainly for chemical process equipment and desulfurization of flue gas equipment.
